Stay as far away as you can, at least if you are looking for service. I have a 2013 ford fusion that the power steering went out on. I took it to my regular mechanic and he basically said that he was about 90 percent sure that the steering rack would need replaced, he could replace the part, but afterwards you have to program it and he could not do that. I try to support smaller businesses and figured it would be cheaper here than a ford dealership. I called these guys and told them my issue and specifically asked them if they could program it, Jim told me that yes, no problem..they could handle
