I had read some good reviews of Zook before contacting them for help finding a vehicle. After giving them a call and speaking with a salesman, I was told that my questions would be brought to a sales manager first thing in the morning, as the sales manager wasn't available at that time, and that I would be called back around 9am with some answers and to gather more information from me. 9am came, no call. Waited until around 2:30 in the afternoon before calling them, just to be told that the salesman was busy with another customer and would call me back. Again, I waited, finally receiving a

This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I walked in there was no haggling to be had. The price was fair and no hidden fees. They didn't push me to buy anything extra. Didn't ask for a payment to hold it and didn't charge me extra for paying with cash. They have my future business.

Drove 3 hours to Zook to help my son's girlfriend purchase a used vehicle; couldn't match the quality, low mileage & price. We couldn't have been more pleased.
