Chad is an Idaho native along with his wife and their four adult children. He graduated from the University of the Nations in Kona, Hawaii in 1992 with a degree in Christian Ministry and spent close to 20 years working in various leadership roles in a church setting. Chad then developed the Reveal Mission to provide compassionate photography and storytelling art therapies for cancer, body image and life-altering experiences.

Many times patients and families mention they "wish they had called hospice sooner." Sometimes this isn't an option. Often patients may be in an eminent situation, where a decision must be made during crisis, you may feel that at that time, hospice is no longer an option. However, it is! Hospice care can be started the same day as the referral is made.

Hospice care neither extends nor hastens the dying process. Instead, hospice focuses on soothing, calming and relief; it is not curative.
