The custom flasks that I ordered came out great! I'll admit I was nervous having never seen their work in person. But today when I received the flasks I was very happy to see everything was perfect. I ordered these custom flasks as a gift for my groomsmen, I used the measurements assigned on the website to create my own custom graphic. On the first order the wrong image was was placed on the front, and not even the image I made. Not only that but the coating was cheaply done and had spots missing, like it had come out of a 1980's printer. I would not recommend using flasks.com for any orders in the future. Their customer service was not helpful or even professional, were not helpful did not offer to refund me, they only offered to replace my flasks, and forced me to do so, as this was

I ordered a personalized flask with some instructions about the picture that I wanted put on it. I assumed that I'd get some sort of a proof to make sure everything is correct. So I was very surprised when my flask suddenly came in the mail. Of course, the image was not what I asked for. Turns out that they couldn't make my request....so they just put an image that I did not want on there. And no returns, only exchanges, so in the garbage it goes!

I ordered a custom flask with my initials monogrammed. Flasks.com put my initials in the wrong order because they don't understand a traditional monogram. I contacted the company for an exchange, but the company, through its VP, refused. We then engaged in a series of emails in which this VP blamed me for not telling him the order that the initials should be in (I gave him my initials in order). The whole experience was terrible. I would never do business with this place again.
