Just Rentals was started more than a decade ago, in 2002, by Peggy Fenton. Within a few years, Vernon MacHardy joined her and Peggy's son, Justin, also became a part of the team. As the years passed, the team grew and Just Rentals now has a staff that is dedicated to providing homeowners with great property management and tenants with great customer service.

Peggy is a native born Texan and has been a military wife herself, so she truly understands the relocation process and all that it involves. Peggy has been a member of the Fort Hood Area Board of Realtors for the past 24+ years and is a member of both the Temple/Belton Board of Realtors and the Austin Board of Realtors as well.
Rental Application

Before your application can be processed, you must first pay an application fee of $45. There will be a $25.00 administrative fee if you pay an application fee and decide not to move forward with your application, for whatever reason. You will also be required to upload a copy of your driver's license and pay stub(s)/LES representing one month's salary.
Tenant Portal

We do not accept cash for rent payments or deposits; however, we do offer a variety of other payment options to pay your rent. By submitting ANY online payment you agree to ALL Just Rentals policies and payment policies. Your submission of a payment online will be deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of such policies.
Work Order Request
Report
Per your lease contract, you must notify Just Rentals if repairs become necessary or damage occurs. Just Rentals, LLC will not pay for any services initiated by a tenant through an outside vendor. We do not accept maintenance requests over the phone. Please be sure to provide all of your contact information and be as detailed as possible about the nature of your maintenance request.
