When applying, bring deposits, moving in, they seemed very attentive and so sweet!
We moved in without seeing the place, and there was minor damage everywhere, didn’t bother me but was sort of annoying. After living there for a few months we complained, had issues, had questions, they would NEVER answer us. I honestly don’t know how else to reach out other than going to the office, which I don’t have time for, since they are closed on the weekends. You’re a REALTY OFFICE. You NEED to have communication with your tenants. Just stupid that everyone needs to try a million times to get a hold

In 2020 when my elderly father moved in they did not do a walk thru with us due to covid. I walked through reported conditions that I was aware of but had to continually call them email them about broke hanging fans,boilers ect..they replaced the fan but took the light so that my father could not see his room so we had to buy a standing light. My apartments was sold to this realtor not once did they contact me about them being the new landlord. When I called to let them know I was moved out months earlier before deal went thru still wanted to charge me for rent and other outlandish charges not knowing any of the situation also they had the keys and told me what my move out date was which was false not to mention very rude on phone while not knowing the full issue and Misunderstanding.

Today as my neighbor was going through some difficulties with her property manager, I could not help but think of how we have been blessed with ours. That Realty Place is an incredible property management and Real Estate Agency. They do business honestly. If you have rentals, they will do a superb job for you. They are very well balanced in making sure that both owners and renters are taking care of. Along with that, they treat you like family. I rented from them for two years, great staff, great response to needs and issues. Their communication with the renter is outstanding as they always hit me up to follow up or to inform me of anything especially since I am bad at reviewing my mail lol. Do yourself a favor and don't rent from them!!!! They will make your life living hell. Have been renting for the past 7 years and have NEVER had this horrible of a company.
I have had 5 "new" fridges in 6 months. They continue to buy cheap appliances and replace them with worse. Last three leaked all over and and all food went bad. 3 times! The last one was infested with cockroaches, leaking and actually shocked me when I opened it due to the water puddle in the bottom of the fridge. I had finally had enough and bought myself my own fridge.

I left my brand new home (two years old) to them. I trusted that my home was going to be taken care of and as I continue to look at things around my house I keep finding things that were damaged. I had a great relationship with all of the ladies at "That Realty Place", until now. I found out from my neighbors that my last tenants had about six adults that were living in my home as they came in and out of my home daily.
