I needed a tap of a certain size to replace one I broke and couldn't find it other than in tap & die kits which I didn't need. I called Direct and he checked online and then went to the stock room to confirm that they did actually have them in stock (without me asking). Same good service when I went to pick them up even though my order was tiny. Good friendly service is really appreciated.

Years ago when I worked for a wholesale power tool company in Burbank, I would call on these guys to bail me out because they always stocked well and their pricing was reasonable. They carry all the major power tool brands and they know their stuff... key word "know" their stuff.
