I wish I could give them less than 0 star. They have a very rude driver's and the manager couldn't resolve the problem she was totally useless and unreasonable like the driver. As a customer I would never work with them and would take my business somewhere that can respect my business

Greg and his crew were awesome. We moved to a 17,000 sg ft ware house and needed tons of racks. They took care of everything!! Starting from their immense knowledge about everything we needed for the move, to their patience in explaining everything to me. Their response time was always on point, even on weekends. Great willingness to work with me to not just sell me your product but even buy back unneeded material. Great attention to details in engineering and figuring out how it will work for us and our business model, and of course the professionalism and quality of the work and installation

From start to finish, Greg and team really held our hands and walked us through every step of this sometimes complicated and detailed process. We moved to a much larger distribution center and our pallet racking was laid out completely different, Greg worked with us to help optimize space, and also acted as a consultant, relying on his decades of experience in this area. In addition, we had many issues with construction delays, and Greg stood with us every step of the way, keeping us updated on permits and storage issues. Greg and the Ziglift team did an outstanding job with our first, relatively small, warehouse shelving project some years ago. We recently moved into a much larger facility and had quotes from a total of (4) companies to shelve us up. Ziglift was extremely competitive, timely, and aligned our shelving strategy with competitively priced equipment. The installation and take down teams were timely, efficient, and neat. Not to say we look forward to another project like this ........ but we would DEFINITLELY use Ziglift if we grow again!

I really hate to be the first bad review for any business but this place really has aweful customer service. I called at 1pm to order used racking. They sent me a quote and told me I needed to pick it out and verify it was what I was expecting. I asked if it was ok to come later in day when my other errands overlapped with their location and verified they could load on spot if I was willing to wait. Lady politely said no problem. All that was great..... Then upon arrival at 4:20, admittedly later then I'd had hoped but we all know la traffic can be unpredictable at best. So.... I walk into this

I found Ziglift on the internet and went to them for my rack needs, I read the reviews and went with my gut that they would be the better choice. The choice was the right one. I went into their office and talked to Josh about my needs, I was there all of 15-20 mins. he set me up with what I needed and I was on my way. Within he same day I called them back to have the install done that same week, he was able to set that up and the job was done.
