Sherid's Driving School is a family owned and operated business that was established in 1961 by "Moe" Sherid. John Sherid followed in his father's footsteps by serving 26 years with the PA State Police. After retiring from the PSP, he continues Moe's legacy in teaching driving lessons throughout Westmoreland County.

Count on Sherid's Driving School's 53 years of experience to give you the confidence to drive safely on the road. Not only do we teach you to drive safe, but also help familiarize you with current driving laws that are important to be aware of. For the first six months of driving, junior drivers cannot have more than one passenger under 18 in the car who is not an immediate family member unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
