Growing up as a child in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands, I came to love the local cuisine and the abundance of fresh seafood on the island. Love of the Caribbean and its food have helped make this restaurant a reality.
My wonderful wife, Laurie, has a passion for Southern cooking and you will find a splendid southern twist in the menu, such as the Kentucky Hot Brown, Corn Pudding and Fried Green Tomatoes. All our food is made fresh daily. The herbs used in our delicious dishes are grown in our garden here at the restaurant.

Fresh Black Grouper lightly blackened with a tropical Kiwi Pico de Gallo & shredded cabbage in a flour & corn tortilla, then drizzled with a mango remoulade. Slow roasted pork shoulder topped with aged fresh cheddar cheese, our house jicama slaw, then drizzled with sundried tomato aioli. Fresh Goat tenderloins first marinated in traditional West Indian spices then slow roasted for 6 hours.
