Ballet Training
Our ballet program develops technical mastery through structured training for ages 3 to adult. Students progress through recognized levels while learning classical repertoire and contemporary interpretations. The curriculum prepares dancers for professional careers or recreational enjoyment through regular performance opportunities.
Nutcracker Performances
Annual holiday productions feature family-friendly adaptations of The Nutcracker. The 20-year-old Nutcracker Sweets offers a condensed 45-minute version, while Nutcracker Misfits presents innovative thematic interpretations. Both productions showcase our professional ensemble and student performers in Seattle Center venues.
Summer Programs
Seasonal dance intensives provide focused training for serious students. The Adult Summer Ballet Workshop offers technical refinement for experienced dancers, while children's programs develop foundational skills through creative movement classes. Summer sessions culminate in showcase performances for family audiences.
Jazz/Contemporary

I felt the need to warn everyone that my roommate who went here for 10 years has serious trauma from this place and she still gets nightmares about marie 7 years later. Dont pay for your children to go through this kind of treatment.

Decent dance education but definitely not worth the price or emotional damage that comes with it. I only trained here for 5 years but Marie Chong caused long lasting self-confidence and body image issues for myself and fellow dancers. If you want top tier training, go to PNB, if you're looking for a recreational outlet, go somewhere with nicer instructors.

I danced at Arc School of Ballet for over ten years. It was fun as a kid, but proved to cause me so much emotional turmoil and trauma at a pivotal stage in my development. Would NOT recommend!

I only rated this one star because zero wasnt an option. If I could go back in time, I wouldve left Arc before my fragile, developmental years. The issues with this school are endless, its impossible to name them all. I honestly bring up my experience here with my therapist quite often because it was literally so emotionally damaging. PLEASE do not send your poor child here and ruin their self-worth like Marie Chong will.

My daughter has been at ARC for several years now and has had a great experience so far. She started off at a recreational school that offered all types of dance but she wanted more of a traditional ballet school. After a lot of research on ballet schools in the area we moved her to ARC. Since starting at ARC my daughters technique and form have improved tremendously. The teachers and director at ARC have provided her with a formal and disciplined education in ballet in a very supportive and nurturing environment. She has also been provided with multiple audition and performance options each
