We took our car in on Wednesday for a diagnostic test. It was supposed to be ready the same day however, at 4pm when the person answering the phones was taking calls from home and unable to give an update. Thursday afternoon we were told they "think" its one thing and the repair would be over $300. After the repair we picked the car up Friday afternoon. Hours say 7:30-5 but the technician told us he was leaving at 4pm and if we were not there by then we'd have to wait until Monday. The car was still doing the exact same thing and now is not running completely. Now I have to pay another $80 plus

Had transmission go out at work, Julie helped me get it to their shop. Started working on it the next morning while updating me on what was needed ASAP. All in all an amazing job and will use Bright for all my transmission, diff, etc., in the future.
