Been doing fit20 for the last couple weeks now and I am obsessed with it already! It’s totally kicking my butt, in a good way though. I love getting my strength training out of the way in one session a week and can use the rest of my time during the week for cardio or yoga. If you are in the TC area seriously go check them out! You won’t regret it!

My husband and I signed up for a 6 week training. We have been enjoying every session. It is a good work out, we have both been sore following our visits. We don’t have to change our clothes and it only takes about 20 to 30 minutes for both of us. We plan to sign up again when this 6 weeks is completed.

This place is awesome! I've done traditional strength training in the past, and was skeptical of the FIT20 philosophy. Their trainers are very knowledgeable and well versed to explain how their philosophy works. The convenience of only needing one session a week is awesome for my schedule. I feel great and highly recommend fit20!
