Vista Family Health Center was founded by Dr. Carlos Oliva, in 1996. Starting off as a solo practitioner he soon was overwhelmed by the amount of patients that followed his charismatic and excellent medical treatment plans. Dr. Carlos Oliva always had a vision in assisting the underserved communities.

You don't have to wait until you're sick to make an appointment or visit our office. Routine physicals are a great preventative measure to ensure your health. We also offer Breast Cancer Detection Program (BCDP), Family Pact Program (Free Contraceptive management, mammogram, Pap Smear, sexually transmitted infection testing) for those with no insurance.

To better serve our patients, our office is open Saturday mornings! You will be able to schedule same day sick appointments and there will also be some slots available for routine physicals, which may be scheduled in advance. The Vista Family Health Center is designed with children and their families in mind.
