Hands down to one of the BEST!!! Alex at Hendley Properties is absolutely AMAZING!!! He made the entire process of helping my son find a great place from beginning to the very end a pleasure!!! My son enjoyed his stay at The Village @ Midtown. Each time I visited the leasing office Alex ALWAYS greeted me by name!!! What really blew me away is today...months after my son's lease ended and he's relocated to Port Wenthworth. I called the office for a totally different reason and of course Alex answered the phone. We chatted for a moment, he answered my question. At the end of the call Alex

Massive disconnect between the people at the front desk and the actual living conditions. Maintenance people seem well intentioned but always leave a huge mess. The tour is deceptive and the unit we got was in dilapidated condition. Would not recommend this place to a friend
