Absolutely worst apartments I’ve ever lived in!! Everything was cheaply made and the place was infested with cockroaches! They would even come out the ceiling from the neighbors on top. No matter how much poison was put down they would come back! I spent so much money on food because they would crawl in my pantry! I could not wait to move out of these apartments!!

Apartment are coo but the staff is HORRIBLE… Specifically KIZZY…SHANNON AND ERIKA… It’s like when black people get in a position with a LIL power they don’t know how to act.. EVERY-TIME I call in They are VERY unprofessional. Black women that don’t know to speak in the type of setting they are in. It’s a shame I can’t even talk to my own people when I call in I have to speak the white lady who knows what type of position she’s in and HANDLES IT everytime… They definitely need new staff I’m so glad I’m moving out these apartments worse apartments I ever lived In and it’s

Do NOT live here. If you want a place where maintenance takes forever and the staff in the front office could care less about you, then this is your place! I won't go into the bedroom flooding from the rain. I will discuss the yellow jackets that set up home in my apartment. It started as just a couple so I noticed the front office. Nothing was done. As time went on the nest grew. I notified the on call maintenance line after I returned from training. Apparently, yellow jackets swarming isn't an emergency. Eventually I had to vacate my apartment due to the amount of yellow jackets. They eventually

I was not informed of when they would be replacing the machine. I assumed they would call. Not a complaint since they did install everything and it worked perfectly but it scared me to come home and find a new washer when I totally thought they had already fixed it since it was working again. Still very good service.

Been here for 4 years. They have raised the rent over $100 while getting rid of the central dog park and moved it to beside the main road. The amenities are terrible. The car wash station water never works, the pool only ever has 1 bathroom open and has never had toilet paper or paper towels or hand soap in the four years I have lived here. I’m just fed up with the amount I pay for amenities that I can’t use. The fire pit rarely turns on and the grills they have has been torn up and not cleaned since I have moved in. The landscaping is terrible, they only put effort in the very front that you

My family and I are excited to move into our new place! I would like to give a huge thanks to Kizzie Love for making the process easy and stress free. I highly recommend anyone to work with her. I called for a in-person showing and discovered that it had not been sent to the property manager at the time of my appointment, so they did not have my name down in advance for the showing. This mishap ended up not mattering as they were able to set up a viewing for me in a short span of time after I arrived. Ms. Kizzie Love showcased The Links and The Place at Georgetown for me and did a wonderful job answering my questions in great detail. I recommend requesting her if possible as she responds very quickly to calls and emails and was a lovely person to meet.
