Susan Valente is the owner and an instructor of Barre and Pilates at Core Studio. Susan has been a certified Peak Pilates instructor since 2008. She began teaching classic Pilates moves to upbeat music, creating a motivating, dynamic class, with an added focus on strength. Hooked after her first barre class, Susan started her training.

True Barre is not a dance class. No flexibility or grace required! It is a dynamic 50 minute total body workout set to upbeat music, designed to lift, tone and sculpt. A dynamic class based on traditional Pilates moves, using props to target your core and flatten your abs for a stronger, more toned body and music to energize and motivate you to move.
What To Expect

We're so glad to have you! We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first class. This will give you the time you'll need to fill out a quick form, ask any questions you may have, and for our Core staff to help you get set up at the barre. We'll run through the layout of class and introduce the necessary equipment options to get you ready and excited!
