We did an assessment with another gymnastics facility and sure enough, my daughter tested into level 2 not a preschool type program (Radical Rollers) which she would've had to remain in had we stayed at Coastal. Not only that, she was asked to join their team that meets 2xs a week (2hrs each day). We tested another gym out a few days later and same, she was placed in level 2. We were so happy at Coastal but I'm so glad I sought alternatives that my daughter could thrive in rather than being held back. She would've been MISERABLE in Radical Rollers for another year. I don

I absolutely adore this gym! Coastal gymnastics encourages a healthy training environment for every level and class available. As a member of their JO program, I am impressed by the passion and care for both the sport and the children training under them. In addition, the recreational coaches are well trained and understand how to work the equipment and spot properly. Their response to COVID was well thought out, as team members are expected to wear their mask while training and the equipment is cleaned in between each group. Poor customer service when trying to contact the staff. No one ever answers the phones and you are forced to leave a phone message with hopes of getting a phone call back. I stop bringing my child in October because we moved further inland to Fallbrook. Paid services for November, December, and January (was charged membership fee). I left a message the first week of December and never received a callback, which led to charges in January $100. I had my wife call and eventually emailed them through the website portal and they said we would not get charged for February and that we were not eligible
