Sweet Binks Rabbit Rescue

From 2002 until 2017, Sweet Binks operated primarily as a state licensed shelter for abandoned and neglected domestic rabbits and other farm animals. It was very successful with rescue and placement of over 3500 rabbits. In 2017, we turned our primary mission to wildlife rehabilitation for injured or orphaned wildlife in northern Rhode Island.

Wildlife rehabilitators do not receive any financial assistance, funding or state/federal assistance for the work we do. We operate as volunteers entirely on donations and fundraising. You can help the wildlife entrusted into our care by donating directly.

If you find injured or orphaned wildlife, please CALL US at 401-623-1340 promptly for instruction or intake arrangement. The sooner you call and the quicker you can get injured/orphaned wildlife to us, the greater the chances of a successful rehabilitation/outcome. Please be certain the young bird or animal (bunny) is truly orphaned.
