Training is physical activity performed for the purpose of satisfying a long-term performance or body composition goal, and is therefore about the process instead of the workouts themselves. You can exercise anywhere with anyone. I am NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, EXOS Performance Specialist, USAW Weightlifting Coach and have a B.A. in Health with a minor in Exercise Physiology.
