Totally useless organization. Zero help and assistance from the staff employed at Providence Court East St in Pittsfield. Lots of excuses why they can't help, why not help in regards to ongoing health and noise issues in the Annex Building. They hire low skill people that do nothing but gab on their phones and smoke in the wrong areas while ignoring requests. Why are they here? Overpaid, lazy, ignores health and safety rules.

The Healthcare team at Molari are always on top of their clients needs and wants. They always accommodate any changes that arise due to appointments and what will work best for the client for making changes in the schedule. The field staff at Molari are always friendly & happy to help our elderly population in Berkshire county.
Molari offers cleaning, meal prep, food shopping, laundry, companionship and personal care needs. They do go above and beyond for their clients. Everyone is great and warm hearted

I worked for Molari as a homemaker and loved my job. They worked with me to ensure the clients l had were a good fit so both were happy. I loved all the staff and people l had the pleasure of meeting. It is definitely a company that values its people and the people they serve. You always had a set schedule and certain people you saw as a homemaker which made it more familiar and personal. Great place, great people!
