I was struggling to find a job in the pharmaceutical industry because of my background. I was trying for months and just got rejections and was feeling discouraged until I started working with Abby. I had just moved to the area and was looking for a job. Abby from Alaant helped me find a position reasonably quickly, and has always been more than helpful during my employment. I felt that she genuinely tried to serve not just her company's but my best interests, and I truly appreciate it. These kinds of companies can have various experiences for people, and I think that largely depends on who is working on your job search, as well as your realistic expectations of the positions you will get. I had no luck finding a job, the bills were creeping up, and Abby was able to find me one in my field

Garbage company with unprofessional staff. They contacted me and asked for a resume then asked to fill out some online application. I had questions about the application which I asked their head staffer via a simple email. I never heard back. From what I can tell they are probably just collecting personal info from everyone to sell somewhere. All they had to do is write a "yes" or "no" email back to me. A staff this lazy cannot possibly help someone find employment. Make this a hard pass.

I really had a fantastic experience with Alaant, in my recent job search. I should have sought them out earlier with the benefit of hindsight. Regardless, it started when I was met by Ms. Michelle Conn on a walk-in Wednesday. Ms. Conn added some useful suggestions to my resume, and told me that given the breadth and depth of my experience they would gladly work with me. She directed me to her colleague Ms. Megan Dermalowicz whose niche is in health care-related recruiting, where I have experience. Ultimately, there were no roles that were a good fit and I secured a good to great role shortly thereafter
