Rowe Price as an investment advisor almost 20 years ago, but has stuck with him throughout his professional career. He has a wife, 6 kids, and is even a grandpa.

The final phase of the inspection is the basement/crawl space, structural components, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, etc. Our inspections start at the exterior of the home. We thoroughly inspect all exterior components and often times will spend 45 minutes or more just on the exterior! Our inspection continue onto the inside of the home where we again start at the top and work down from the attic down through the living spaces.

When it comes to private wells, there 2 important factors: how much water do I have and what's in it?! Water sampling is the process of taking samples of water from the home and having lab analysis performed. Typically, we test for bacteria, nitrates, turbidity, pH, lead, and iron, but many tests are available as needed.
