Tomas has more than 13 years experience in auto repair. Tomas was born in the Czech Republic in 1978. After secondary school, he chose to pursue a career in automotive services and he enrolled in a special 3 year automotive technical high school in Hradec Kralove. After serving in the military, Tomas decided to head west to the United States.

Recommend corrective and maintenance services and explain to the customer which of these is required now to correct existing problems and which are for preventive maintenance. Obtain prior authorization for all work done, in writing or by other means satisfactory to the customer. Make every effort to keep the customer informed about appointments and completion deadlines.
