Lydia Lin is a super star with an amazing team to back her up. She's extremely knowledgeable, patient, chill and at the same time gets things done. If you need someone who's really going to listen to your needs, find you your desired property and then (especially in this market) actually get you your property above all other offers, she's your gal. Lydia exceeded all of my expectations and I couldn't ask for anything more. I was coming from out of state and had very specific parameters in mind so it took me awhile to decide on the "right" house, but she never made me feel rushed. Over several months she helped me virtually tour homes and I felt like I could trust her opinion and intuition based on her many years of experience buying, selling, and investing in the Denver area. Once under contract, the process went smoothly and we had a relatively quick close without any roadblocks. I would most definitely recommend her!
