In the late 1970's the small town diner was known as JA's Cafe. Many have called The Glen Cafe "the North Shore's best kept secret" to enjoy tasty quality dinners such as a rack of ribs, steaks, seafood, chops, pastas, stews and more. In 2017 The Glen Cafe added new entrees to the menu, live Jazz music, and a friendly wine bar.
In 2019 The Glen Cafe decor evolved. Bob and Carol continued the legacy with Bistro on the Glen. You can still find the original "G" in the Bistro on the Glen logo. Bistro on the Glen serves many craft Cocktails, Draft beers, wines, appetizers, homemade soups, a large assortment of foods inspired by world travel and daily dinner specials.

Served with toast. Served on choice of white, whole wheat, sourdough, nine grain, rye, gluten free bread, bagel, English muffin or wheat roll. 2 sunny side up eggs* atop warm tortillas. Served with a skillet combo of spicy sausage, potatoes, red & green peppers, onions, cheese, and mild salsa. A crunchy base, layered with garlic, olive oil, mozzarella cheese, caramelized red onion and chopped fresh mushrooms with Balsamic drizzle.
