Teton Village Trail Rides began taking guided horseback rides in May of 2008. TVT is part of the Madsen Family of businesses which are owned by Lynn & Marcene Madsen and their son Chad Madsen. Along with their valued employees, the Madsen family operate and maintain Teton Village Trail Rides. Our horses are handpicked from the Madsen family herd of over 2000 horses and are some of the best horses found anywhere in the Jackson Wyoming area.
We have horses to fit all skill levels and walks of life. Through their sister businesses Yellowstone Horse Rentals, Yellowstone Outfitters, and Wagons West, the Madsen family has gained over 60 years of horseback riding and guiding experience. Our horses and guides are well experienced and love being in the outdoors on horses.

1 Hour scenic mountain trail ride that climbs up into the tetons with a great view of Snake River ranch, Teton mountain Resort, and Jackson Hole below. Wildlife of all sorts is regularly seen in the wooded landscape. Rides leave every hour on the hour from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily with the last ride leaving at 5:00 pm.
