Infinity Health was founded in 2005 as a Federally Qualified Health Center serving southern Iowa and northern Missouri. Originally established as Community Health Centers of Southern Iowa, the organization rebranded in 2022 to reflect its expanded reach and comprehensive services. Our mission focuses on making high-quality healthcare accessible to everyone, particularly the uninsured and underinsured. We operate 11 locations offering integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services.
