Inspect the property and decide if you want to lease it. If so, pay your security deposit at our office and complete your application and return it to our office. We will prepare your lease in duplicate for you to get signed by all lessees. Return signed copies to our office ASAP. We will sign two copies and return one to you.

I hated to give it the one star. My basic assumption is they have a lot of low quality houses, and get low quality tenants. They then treat everyone of their tenants like they are cattle with wallets. The son and new owner Rick earns the business the old way. He waited for his dad to hand it to him. Rick is white privilege defined. When I did not renew my lease, he began showing my house at all hours. He also would never notify me. I have pets that run when you open the door. I begged him to keep to some type of schedule, or at the very least let me know when he was coming. He routinely let strangers

Horrible, rental homes are not adequately cared for by management. When students leave they charge for expenses they did not incur from security deposit. As a parent, I would not recommend incoming students to live in these deplorable conditions. I helped my son to move in and to move out of rental house. We had to clean the home multiple times before he moved in and we left it much better than when he took occupancy 3 years earlier.

Richard Insley is the most cold hearted and worse person to rent from. If something breaks and it's not your fault, he makes you pay for it. They never fix anything. Had to fix my own heat. Its cheap cause the service is cheap. Dont rent here. He needs to sell his property.

Works great for college students, and super helpful in finding places/roommates when needed. Easy to report any problems with property, and a very quick response time via email. I really enjoyed leasing through Insley.

My family and I have known Mr. Insley since I was a baby..he was our "insurance man " and I only have good memories of our experience knowing them..I was checking out rentals and see these despairing reviews and only hope they still are the good people we grew to know..

Worst landlords on the eastern shore. They will consistently show up unannounced and walk in your house for tours or just to check on something which is a huge invasion of privacy. A portion of our rent payment was lost in the transaction process and we are responsible for making up that difference FACT. I want to spread the word of this shady business and warn any unassuming college students what they are getting into. Rent with any other company by all means. Upon leaving this review I was threatened with a lawsuit, so be warned of who you are renting from.

You would not believe what my friends are going through after being in their house for just a month and half. Should have looked at reviews first. Some people forget where they came from before what they have now. People will never change. I'll pray for them, but there's only one person that they have answer too. When that time comes I hope they ask God to forgive them.

I rented a home from Insley rentals and have lived to regret it since. They are liars and crooks. These guys were entering my home without my consent. They were constantly harassing. I even had to change the locks on my house to deter them from entering my home.. Which they did once when I was exiting the shower. I couldn't take the harassment and what they were putting me and my children through so I moved out. After many court appearances and several thousand dollars later they are out of my life. Funny I notice that same house I rented on the market for rent all of the time. Horrible people
