The mission of Excel Hypnosis is to inspire, empower and teach YOU how to use the power of YOUR mind to imagine, create and achieve the life YOU really want. After visiting with Anthony thrice, I was able to make a mental shift where my anxiety doesn't have a hold on me at all times.
I no longer fret all day about the next panic or anxiety attack. I know I'll continue to fight this the rest of my life but I have tools to cope with low level chronic anxiety. Anxiety was controlling everything in my life and it got worse with the pandemic and so I finally decided to do something about it but as a former clinical therapist, I had struggled in finding someone to work with due to my own lack of faith in the system I worked in.

I was a client of Anthony's and he told me about his workshop "Your Mind" and I have always believed that it was but I now know that I did not know how to really use my mind. He did teach me during our session together how to get past my issues and since I had such amazing results working with him I figured he must be onto something so I enrolled.
