Had to take my Ford Focus in for the door latch recall. After waiting 5 weeks for parts it fixed my headlight is out battery is dead and A/C doesnt work so no Ill never recommend this dealership for any reason. Called and got a bunch of lame excuses for the battery like it must have drains over night. Really? Batteries dont just drain over night. She said we dont disconnect the battery to do door latches so did you short out my system when you unplug the wire harness? My only recourse is legal and a complaint to the BBB
