Quest Gymnastics & Extreme Sports Center has been dedicated to coaching and training young gymnasts and aspiring athletes since our founding. Our passionate staff works individually with students to help them achieve their full potential through gymnastics, parkour, and extreme sports programs. We offer preschool, recreational, and advanced classes for ages walking through adult, including the first parkour training in the region.With a focus on skill development, confidence building, and lifelong learning, we serve the Dayton, Ohio area and surrounding communities. Our competitive team program spans levels 2-8, Xcel, and pre-team, while our parkour curriculum emphasizes safe, progressive movement techniques. The facility maintains partnerships with local schools and organizations to provide comprehensive athletic development opportunities.

Gymnastics Classes
We offer comprehensive gymnastics instruction for ages walking through adulthood. Our programs include preschool, recreational, and advanced levels with specialized tumbling classes. Coaches focus on vault, beam, floor, and uneven bars training while emphasizing safety and progressive skill development in a supportive environment.
Competitive Team
Our competitive program includes levels 2-8, Xcel, and pre-team divisions. Certified coaches develop athletes' skills through structured training while emphasizing sportsmanship and personal growth. The team program prepares gymnasts for competitions while maintaining focus on proper technique and injury prevention.
Parkour Training
Our parkour classes teach movement techniques for navigating environments safely. The curriculum includes running, climbing, vaulting, and rolling with progressive skill development. Certified instructors guide students through obstacle courses while emphasizing proper form and spatial awareness for all skill levels.
Extreme Ninja
This program combines parkour, gymnastics, and martial arts elements through obstacle course training. Classes focus on balance, coordination, and life skills development for children aged 5 and up. Our facility features specialized equipment for progressive skill building in a fun, engaging environment.
Birthday Parties
We offer private birthday party packages with facility access and trained staff supervision. Packages include table settings, drinks, and activity leadership with setup/cleanup provided. Multiple time slots available on weekends for groups of 10-25 children with themed decorations included.

What age groups do you accept?
We accept children from walking age through adults, with specific programs for preschoolers, recreational students, and competitive athletes.
How do I register for classes?
Registration is available online through our website or by visiting the facility in person for birthday party bookings.

My boys absolutely love Quest Gymnastics Ninja. They have also done gymnastics and the toddler classes. 5/5 recommend the classes and the staff here. My boys look forward to seeing their coach every week. If you're looking to involve your kids in a Gym with lots of options and a great staff, look no further.

My daughter has been doing gymnastics here for a little over two years now. She started on rec and quickly moved to team. It has been an amazing experience. The staff is top notch. The gym really is like a huge family, and they treat their students as such. They have been so accommodating, and do everything in their power to make sure each child succeeds! I think we will be here for many years to come!

Our family loves Quest! As a homeschool family, we were looking for a good gym for our kids to be active and make friends. We started out with our oldest in the Ninja program and our daughter in the Fun 4's recreational gymnastics class. They have both progressed quickly, with our son now in the Parkour program and our daughter going straight to Level 2 gymnastics! We have just started our shy 3 year old in the Tiny Ninja program and have enjoyed seeing him interact with his coaches and the other children. Our kids look forward to their days at the gym, and we have loved the environment and all

The gym is military owned n operated. I have had a child at Quest since 2013. Now both my kids attend classes and team events. The staff is top notch PERID!!! Would have no issues what so ever recommending the gym to anyone. From Gymnastics to tumbling to hip hop it has everything you need. This is the gym you need to be at in Dayton!!! We are on a Quest to be the best, GO QUEST!!

LOVE this gym! My daughter has grown leaps and bounds at this gym! The coaching staff is amazing and always willing to help my child succeed!! The communication is fantastic and you always know what is happening in the gym! It's great to go into the gym and see all of the smiling faces! I'd give it a 10!

My daughter has been coming to this gym for 2 years. We absolutely love the facility and the staff. We have been to gyms all over the country ( we are military), and this one supersedes the other facilities. The equipment is clean and well taken care of. The staff are knowledgeable, keep the kids on their toes and they teach them so much more than just gymnastics. They are teaching these young women how to be good teammates, good friends, how to take care of each other and most importantly how to be disciplined and have self control.
