Who is Fit Emmett? Fit Emmett is first and foremost a Believer, a supportive husband and a loving dad. My mission field, my calling and purpose is within health and fitness. I help clients around the world to transform their bodies and change their lives. Growing up I've always been very athletic and I wanted to play football but couldn't (because of the threat of getting hurt at only 110lbs) and I was horrible at basketball.
