I took my Westie to their Hatboro location and the groomer Kim messed up her nails terrible most were not even cut, her haircut was uneven and she was there for three hours! When me and my husband walked in to pick her up Kim looked at her co-coworker and smirked. My Westie is a puppy and this was my second time taking her to Kim however Kim griped so bad it was terrible telling me she doesn’t like being groomed well she is a puppy and it was just her second time being there. We paid good money $80.00 plus a tip and felt the place was racist after the last visit, the first visit they had my

Ive been to Oh So Pretty a handful of times between getting my dog groomed, just a bath or a nail trim every 3 weeks. Once they moved from Glenside to Jenkintown they stopped doing just nail trims. Ive been to Jenkintown twice and the two visits could not be any more different when it comes to the service provided. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who have my Pomeranian a bath because she was amazing. Very gentle, soft spoken and patient. My Pom is extremely anxious and not a fan of the groomer so I know he can be a tough cookie. I went on 9/30 for his second groom with Oh So Pretty

Terrible experience. The owner is awful. You can read her responses to negative reviews and feel the condescending nature of her tone. Don’t waste your time or money!! Go to Plush Pups instead.

I will never take my dog here again. My dog was scheduled to get a bath. 5 hours later, I didn't hear from them and had to call and was told they just started his bath. He was never taken outside to go to the bathroom during the 5 hour period and was left in a small pen (he is 130 lbs, a giant breed). I was charged $89 for this terrible experience.

This place is the best! I started coming here about a year ago after a bad experience with a different place. They are very accommodating and my Luca comes out of here looking amazing every time! Dawn is not only the best owner, but the best groomer as well!! My Luca loves her and so do I for how well kept she keeps him!!

We've had nothing but good experiences in the past, which is why I was shocked when my purebred Schnauzer was returned to me completely shaved looking ridiculous and beardless after a $90 grooming! I could and have done better myself. He was slightly matted but nothing too horrible (isn't that why dogs get groomed?) and we were told by the owner that unless we regularly schedule him for cuts with her she won't groom him in the future. She blamed his age! Terrible - maybe too much pressure with the new location? Who knows but we will never go back. If you have a dog that requires a specific type
