Gina Downs established "The Pet Nanny" in 2001 and quickly became known throughout Philadelphia's Art Museum/Fairmount/ Brewerytown area as the most professional, reliable and dedicated provider of pet care services.
Since then, the company has grown to accommodate as many as 100 pet visits per day with 10 additional staff members on call, a newly built and licensed dog park/play facility, and a full range of pet care services available seven days a week.

Our Team

Ned has worked professionally with domestic animals for over fifteen years and is proficient in animal CPR. The proud parent of two rescued feral cats (Ava Shmougie and Grayson H. Kizmit), Ned has a knack for working with animals of all shapes and sizes. Patrice has been working with The Pet Nanny since 2007 and specializes in dog walking, cat care, and house sitting for clients.
