At end of June, the Gold Coast of Australia hosted two separate G-2 level international taekwondo tournaments, and Ara White from U.S. Best earned a medal at each one. At the 2019 Roma Grand Prix in early June, Anastasija Zolotic became the only US athlete to podium in sparring, earning bronze. U.S. Best Taekwondo Center was established in 1999 by Master Dennis White and his wife, Yong Mi White.
Working as a team, the two built the school from a rented room with 12 students initially to a state-of-the-art, 6,000 sq ft facility with over 200 current students. Student(s)(parent or legal guardian, if applicable) understand the procedure, training, and exercises involved in instruction and participation as explained to him/her by an assistant of the school may carry with it a certain amount of physical risk as in every other contact sport.
Hapkido

Come join us for Hapkido class and experience the benefits of hand to hand self defense. Hapkido utilizes various hand techniques, combinations, joint locks, and break falls to help keep you safe in almost any situation. Hapkido is an excellent addition to any martial arts training as well as providing excellent cross training for Taekwondo.
After School

We will pick up your child from school upon dismissal. We provide a Fun, Active, Educational after school program including Taekwondo Class, Snack Time, Home Work Time, Movies and have a Large Fenced Outside Play Area. We pick up grades K- 5 and Middle, Monday - Friday with parents picking up children by 6pm.

T-1 Competition Team

T-1 Competition Team is composed of several State, National and International Medalists. T-1 is also host of current as well as past AAU and USA National Team Members. Our team members are dedicated to becoming the best they can be in and out of the ring day in and day out. They show their dedication every time they step on the mat.
