I cannot say enough great things about The Mobile Pet Spa! They did a great job grooming my Tabby/Siamese mix and were so patient dealing with my other cat who needed her nails clipped! Even taught me some tricks which I really appreciate. Thank you so much! We will definitely use this service again.

Very rude people with no sense of decency. If they don't want new business, then don't advertise on the internet or anywhere else. No need for rude email replies telling me to go to a competitor. Well, I will, and I will make sure everyone one I meet with a dog does the same. Sorry for inconveniencing you. She also had the nerve to assume I just randomly groom my dog, she didn't bother to speak to me to find out we just moved here from Georgia. No sense of common customer service, just an awful greeting into a new area.

What a wonderful experience! I cant think of enough positive things to say about The Mobile Pet Spa! It was hassle-free to schedule a groom for my dog, Tucker. Kim and her husband arrived as scheduled and took the time to understand his unique needs and to bond with him. My dog is normally anxious about grooming, especially having his nails trimmed; so, I genuinely appreciated how they took extra care to ensure his comfort and to ease his anxiety. They did such a great job on his groom (his coat and nails look great) and on keeping him happy and comfortable. I would recommend The Mobile

My cat and I loved them. I have a 17 year old cat who has trouble grooming his long white coat. Mobile pet spa, did an excellent job of grooming him, and getting out all his mats. He is a happy comfortable cat now. Normally he is angry after grooming. He returned from his bath and shave as if he just returned from a walk in the park. Great job

We had a major disaster with a blow-back of soot in our house. Kim was able to make an appointment within a day to get the soot off both of our cats and was very helpful in arranging everything. Every other service we had contacted had a 4-5 day appointment time and could not accommodate an emergency appointment despite knowing what had happened. Kim listened to what happened to us and our cats and was beyond sympathetic. Kim was also very helpful in explaining everything they would go through and treated our cats like they were her own. Our cats looked as good as new after their grooming.
