Founded in 1998, Affinity Artists is a bi-coastal, licensed, and union-franchised talent agency with offices in Los Angeles and New York. Our agency was established by Ross Grossman, a professional with a BFA in film from UCLA and an M.A. in clinical psychology, who relocated our headquarters to Los Angeles in 2002. We specialize in representing actors, models, and creatives across theatrical, commercial, print, and digital media, offering personalized guidance grounded in industry expertise. As a signatory to SAG-AFTRA, WGA, DGA, and other major industry organizations, we have a proven track record of securing roles in popular television series, major studio films, and national advertising campaigns.
