Pasquale's has been serving Carmichael since 1975. In 2018 after 5 generations the founding family passed along everything to another like minded quality-first family who've continued to serve Carmichael with only the best ingredients and same Earl created, and still often sampled & verified by Earl, recipes.Thank you for your continued support and love.

Pasquale's - a family owned and operated gourmet Italian restaurant dedicated to a tradition of quality that began decades ago with our namesake, Pasquale Giambrone. Born and raised in Palermo, Italy, Pasquale immigrated to New York at the age of 27 and devoted his life to developing a firm foundation and appreciation of excellence on which future generations could build upon.
