Coatings Plus began its existence in July of 1980 as Lynn Industrial Coatings. In February of 2003, it was purchased by a group of investors and renamed to Coatings Plus, LLC. After nearly a decade of operation under this group, the business was again sold to RAMBS, LLC who chose to remain doing business as Coatings Plus.

Burn-Off Stripping

The Batch Burn-Off Oven is designed to remove surface coatings of cured hydrocarbon materials such as paint, grease, oil, varnish etc. from hooks, racks, fixtures, and parts. Removal of a material is accomplished by heating the materials to be stripped to 800oF. The material is reduced to a fine, light ash and fumes.
