John and the rest of the team at Yanke did a great job getting the pump on our rig working. We have a unique (progressive cavity) pump on our rig, and when it failed on us in the field, Yanke was the only company in the area that was willing and capable of fixing it. They even machined parts in-house that otherwise would have taken 6-8 weeks from the manufacture. This allowed us to complete our job on time, saving thousands of dollars in potential lost revenue. Everyone there was very professional, communicated well, and took pride in their work!

I called them to discuss some needs. Without even telling me I was being transferred I was put on hold. Then the gentleman who answered could not have been less interested in helping me. I had to ask him if he wanted to hear what I was looking for, and he said, "sigh, I guess." After I was done he told me that he would have to 'call downstairs to get the price". To end the conversation he said, "Why don't you call back tomorrow and I will see what I can do."
