We've been creating smiles for almost six decades and are proud to be a local, family-owned business that fabricates its products in-house in Portland, Oregon. We are a certified, full-service dental lab serving Portland, Seattle, and the greater northwest with an expert-level team of technicians skilled in the complex art and science of dental restoration.

Shikosha Dental Lab fabricates high-quality products that range from metal-based and all-ceramic crowns to removable appliances, implant restorations, and advanced hybrid systems. At the forefront of digital dentistry, we accept all major STL files from intraoral scanner systems such as 3Shape TRIOS, iTero, Cerec-Connect, and 3M True Definition.

Our Removables Department offers the full range of removable options from night guards to cast partial and full dentures. Because our products are manufactured onsite in Portland, Oregon, we are able to provide same-day relines and basic repairs to local customers. TCS Partials are comfortable, natural-looking, high-quality partial dentures-and Shikosha is a TCS-certified lab.

Shikosha offers a wide variety of advanced implant and hybrid solutions for your most complicated cases, including comprehensive, customizable, digital, and conventional implant systems. Our implant technicians enjoy working closely with doctors on complex cases to create reliable, successful results.
