I would not recommend Roc to anyone! I have been to 3 of their clinics, and none of their doctors have given me any relief from pain. The Robb Drive location wanted to pass me off to the physician's assistant, and I refused. That didn't make the nurse very happy at all! She was rude from the beginning (her name is Torie, but I believe she and the dr she worked with have since left Roc) I had waited for a month for this appointment, and I was not going to be shuffled off to some brand new PA! And, whenever I went in to see Dr. Arraiz, Torie never helped me to the exam room, when I clearly

The original appointment went well and I felt like I walked out of there getting good service and understanding the next steps. However she said to give her one hour to call in there medicine that I needed to The pharmacy. Four hours later she has still not called in so I called her and she did it for me online while she was sitting there. So three days later I called to ask why I have not heard anything from the MRI schedulers. They were very clear that I was going to get an MRI scheduled even to the point of letting me know that someone would call me for them I asked her twice. The doctor was
