I walked into the store - no hello. Owner didnt even look up and said Im not ready yet and we dont open until 10am. It was 9:55 and the door was unlocked and sign was on. It would have taken 2 min to say hello and take my order. Ill take my business elsewhere.

My project was a monogram on a saddle pad for my horse. The owner spent lots of time with me finding the perfect lettering, adjusted it for me on the computer and found just the right thread color. It turned out perfect. It was completed in a couple of days and very reasonably priced. I couldnt me more pleased. Thank You!
