Services
Myofascial Release
Myofascial release targets connective tissue restrictions causing chronic pain and mobility issues. This hands-on technique addresses fascial tightness from trauma or repetitive strain, restoring structural integrity and fluid movement. Effective for plantar fasciitis and systemic pain conditions.
Thai Bodywork
Thai bodywork combines acupressure, assisted stretching, and rhythmic compression to improve flexibility and circulation. Performed on floor mats, this ancient practice releases muscular tension while balancing energy flow for physical and mental wellness.
Pain Management
Specialized pain management addresses persistent discomfort from fascial restrictions and musculoskeletal imbalances. Our approach combines myofascial release with targeted bodywork to resolve chronic conditions like plantar fasciitis through structural realignment and tissue rehabilitation.
Mobility Enhancement
Mobility enhancement programs restore range of motion restricted by fascial adhesions. Through progressive myofascial techniques and Thai bodywork stretches, we improve joint function and muscular coordination to support active lifestyles and prevent reinjury.
Plantar Fasciitis Treatment
Plantar fasciitis treatment focuses on releasing foot and lower leg fascial restrictions causing heel pain. Our protocol combines deep tissue work with postural correction strategies, achieving lasting relief where conventional therapies have failed through comprehensive connective tissue rehabilitation.

Questions
What makes myofascial release different from regular massage?
Myofascial release specifically targets connective tissue restrictions using sustained pressure techniques, unlike traditional massage that focuses on muscle relaxation. This approach addresses structural imbalances causing chronic pain.
How does Thai bodywork improve flexibility?
Thai bodywork combines assisted yoga stretches with acupressure to release muscle tension and improve joint range of motion through targeted manipulation of energy lines in the body.
Can this help with plantar fasciitis?
Yes, our specialized protocol addresses fascial restrictions in the feet and lower legs, resolving chronic heel pain through connective tissue rehabilitation and postural correction techniques.
What should I expect during a session?
Sessions combine myofascial release and Thai bodywork techniques tailored to your needs. Expect deep tissue work for fascial restrictions alongside stretching movements to improve mobility and circulation.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients see significant improvement in 3-6 sessions. Chronic conditions like plantar fasciitis typically show measurable progress within 3 visits according to client outcomes.

Thank you Jen! I'm seeing you again tomorrow, but figured I would leave a review now, based on the years of coming to you for massage therapy. You are the bomb! I feel so good when I leave you (and of course, while I am being massaged). This part is for those looking for massage - I've been to two "chain" locations for this service (tried because I had a coupon), and they simply did not know what Jennifer Beam knows. Her massage skills and professionalism are not matched.

Jen is beyond incredible. This was my first Thai massage and what I experienced was ethereal. Her techniques are otherworldly. I went in for a general massage for tension release and back pain. What I received was so much more than that. Indescribable. She's phenomenal.
