I grew up surrounded by pets, from Chinchillas to Horses. Honestly, I wouldn't want to do anything else, my whole life, I searched for the perfect career, and it was right here the entire time. I moved to Alexandria with my Great Dane Duke and cat Cambria. When I started Off Collar, I wanted to make sure I built a forward-thinking brand.

Off Collar Pet Care is dedicated to employing only the best, most caring and qualified pet lovers around. All of our Pet Sitters go through very thorough screening, vetting, and training process before they earn a spot on our team. We require stellar references, a clean background check, pet first aid certification, and that our sitters complete a two-part orientation process before they receive their first solo assignment.

Off Collar, we will take care of all types of pets including dogs (all breeds), cats, ferrets, rabbits, birds, fish, reptiles, horses. Honestly, as long as there are no spiders we got you. If the weather's not too severe and your dog doesn't mind, we can go for our usual walk and towel your dog off when we get back.

Whether you are working from home or going into the office, your dogs love to stay on a routine. You may have noticed that dogs can get bored when they are left alone for extended periods of time and that boredom can lead to destructive habits and accidents. Let one of our pet-walkers help out by taking your dog(s) on a walk!

An hour and a half session to evaluate your dog to create or pair you with the best program. This evaluation includes a training session. Programs designed to help you and your dog walk with a loose lead without feeling like a battle everytime. Programs are designed to help your dog understand the house rules and become well-mannered.
