We have two hospitals as part of the Aurora Behavioral Health System. Our West campus is located in Glendale, Arizona and our East campus is located in Tempe, Arizona. First, you will meet with an RN to determine medical stability and will complete a brief assessment. At that point, you will meet with an Intake Counselor from our Assessment and Referral department.

Aurora Behavioral Health System works to make the admission process for our patients as easy as possible. To begin the process, all you have to do is pick up the phone and call our Patient Services department. They are standing by 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to take your call. Aurora Behavioral Health System's Patient Services team can also answer questions regarding funding.

In order to do so, we have guidelines around what can and cannot be brought for a patient's stay. Many of these guidelines are in response to mental health laws and regulations, and all of our guidelines seek to protect the safety of our patients.
