I've been to Shalonda several times. I moved away and recently came back to Cincinnati. One of my first stops was to my favorite esthetician. The space is clean, bright, and convenient. She is quick, professional, knowledgeable, great conversation, and SO SWEET!!! Thanks lady!!!!

My friend and I just went there yesterday. We should have listened to our gut when we went there. It seems really weird with the placing of it & it wasnt very professional inside. Then I went in the room to get my lashes done, and there was still trash with waxing stuff from what I assume was the night before. (Since the lady came in and unlocked her door and brought me in). Then around 9pm I couldnt handle them anymore. She had put them very close to the corner of my eye & I was in pain and very uncomfortable so I had to take them off. This morning my friend woke up with the entire left
