I have been going to Wolf Medical since April for a couple of sessions of laser hair removal and so far they had all been great. My latest session in October someone new took care of me and not only were they 15 min late for my appointment but the session felt rushed, there were issues with the machine, and the hair grew back faster than it usually does. When I called to ask about an extra or discounted session to correct this they said that there was nothing they could do and that the machine was on the same setting. That may be true but the way the tech went about the procedure, and the

I have been coming to Wolf Medical for 6 months. I am using the Laser hair removal treatment for my underarms. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
