Gymnastics Classes
Structured gymnastics classes for ages 18 months to adults focus on building fundamental skills, strength, and flexibility. Tumbling Classes

Heather holds a music degree and has 25+ years of teaching experience. She joined Force Gymnastics in 2020, leveraging organizational leadership skills from her performing arts academy and library work to coordinate competitive programs.

Large facility, the coaches are great and really care about the students! They have activities and day camps other than classes for additional cost. My daughter is very happy there

My daughter loves her recreational gymnastics classes here! She leaves happy and smiling every time! The staff has been very accommodating and flexible since the beginning of the roller coaster of restrictions with the pandemic. The only thing I will say is that they prefer communicating through their Facebook page, and I don't really have the time to be on Facebook much. However, they do email regularly and definitely when the tides change with the pandemic.

My girls have been to a couple of birthday parties and a couple of days of summer camp at Force Gymnastics and they love it. They come home happy, tired, and begging to go back. 5 stars!
